This is our 5th month Ketoversary, and I think I've lost quite a bit, but we forgot to weigh ourselves again this month! I don't know exactly how much we have lost, but I can tell I've lost some weight this past month because the pants that were a bit too tight on me a few weeks ago suddenly feel loose!!!! (HAPPY DANCE!!!!!) Hubby's pants are literally falling off, even with his belt on the tightest notch! I'm so excited about our clothes getting looser that I don't know what to do with myself.
Next month, for our 6 month Ketoversary I'll maybe put up some before and after pictures and give you a better idea of my weight and how much was lost.

I also baked some treats! A Keto mug cake, Keto brownie cookies, Parmesan crisps, and Keto cheesecake pumpkin pie, which to me tasted ALMOST like a real (crustless) pumpkin pie.
