I feel like Thanksgiving is one of the only days of the year where you SHOULD NOT be dieting. So what we did was bought ALL the carbs we have been craving since June, and went nuts for two days (Thanksgiving and the day after.)
We had a carbsgiving!!!! It was AMAZING.... but afterwards we were in misery. I felt like something was rotting in my stomach. I guess all that sugar gave my body a shock.
Friday morning I ate a donut and immediately afterwards felt SO sick, like I was going to throw up and pass out. All that sugar first thing in the morning made my body go wack!
Anyways, on Thursday we had brunch and then in the evening we loaded up with more carbs and ended the evening having mommy and daddy date night at home and finished a bottle of wine and watched Netflix until midnight. The next day we celebrated with my parents and sister and continued stuffing our face with carbs.
It was fantastic! Happy (belated) Thanksgiving to all!
